Parent and Teacher Interviews for Years 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are scheduled for Monday 29th July and Monday 5th August 2024 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Interviews will be held on the school grounds. Faculties will be allocated to the following areas: · Library - Mathematics and English. · Hall – PDHPE, Science, CAPA and TAS · Rooms 20-22 - HSIE Parents will need to make bookings through Sentral Parent Portal as per previous years (information attached). Appointment times will be 7 minutes. Where possible, we encourage parents to leave at least one session break between appointments. Bookings for Monday 29th July will open at 9:00am, Monday 22nd July 2024. Bookings for Monday 5th August will open at 9:00am, Tuesday 30th July 2024.

'Back to school' a taste of high school experience

Time: 4:00-6:00 PM
Location: EMHS

Do you have a child attending high school soon? Would you like a refresher on what high school is all about? Then come along on the 7th August from 4pm-6pm and participate in our 'Back to School' event. Parents and children will begin the night with a school assembly, followed by two lessons during which they can experience a 'taste of high school' with a variety of fun and practical activities. The night will end with a sausage sizzle and refreshments. Each family will participate in two lessons, which will be allocated on the night from the following subjects: Science, English, Mathematics, History, Geography, Food Technology, Textiles, Industrial Arts, Music, PDHPE, Art and Robots and Multimedia. So come 'back to school', bring the family and experience a 'taste of high school'. We look forward to meeting you on the night.
