2026 HSC Illness and Misadventure Applications

Students who experience unexpected illness or misadventure immediately before or during their HSC examinations may be eligible to apply for special consideration through NESA.

IMPORTANT: Students who believe they need to submit an Illness/Misadventure application must contact Mr Ellis or Mrs Simms at the school immediately for guidance and assistance.

These forms are specific to the HSC examinations and are different from the school's regular assessment illness/misadventure forms.
